Clear representation
Portfolio concepts are identified as concepts. Virtual talent is fictional and adult. We do not present generated characters as real customers or invent their experiences.
Product accuracy
For real product work, we review references and agree the fidelity requirements. Labels, proportions, materials and other identifying details need deliberate checking. If a detail cannot be reproduced reliably, we discuss another execution.
Permission and identity
Clients should supply material they are authorised to use. A real person’s identity or voice requires an appropriate basis and permission for the intended use. We do not use an identifiable person to imply an endorsement they did not give.
Named-brand studies
Aesop and BoConcept demonstrations are independent design studies. They are not commissioned collaborations. Illustrative imagery is not their product catalogue.
Animal imagery
The tigress and black panther jewellery scenes are digitally generated art-direction concepts. They are not photographs of live animals wearing jewellery.
Human review
