Consumers and business clients
This draft distinguishes consumers from business clients. Mandatory consumer protections apply when the customer acts outside their trade or profession. Business cancellation arrangements are agreed in the quote.
14-day withdrawal
Where a consumer has a statutory withdrawal right for a distance service contract, they can normally withdraw within 14 days of conclusion without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous statement to cosmin@raikorastudio.com identifying the contract and your name. No contract is concluded and no payment is taken through this website.
Starting work during the withdrawal period
Starting a service early requires the consumer’s express request. If they then withdraw, a proportionate payment for service supplied may be due only where the legal conditions and information requirements are met.
When a right can be lost
A paid service generally loses the withdrawal right only once fully performed, with the required prior express consent and acknowledgement. Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium has separate consent, acknowledgement and confirmation conditions before performance starts. A creative service is not automatically non-refundable merely because it is personalised. The exception for made-to-order goods must not be treated as a blanket exception for digital creative services.
Refunds and defects
Where statutory withdrawal applies, reimbursements follow the applicable deadlines, normally within 14 days of notice, and the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without extra cost. Statutory remedies for non-conforming services or content remain available. An agreed B2B cancellation fee cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.

Contact the studio first. You can also consult ANPC, ANPC SAL and EU consumer redress information. The former EU ODR/SOL platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts cases.
Execution guarantee
A separate full-refund guarantee addresses an unremedied failure of agreed fidelity, included revision or deadline commitments. Read the trigger conditions, claim window and evidence, and licence revocation on refund. Advertising underperformance alone is not a trigger. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.
